The location laid out perfectly for exploring Rome. Easy walks to key attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. I appreciated the friendly breakfast staff who made a simple breakfast more pleasant, despite the limited variety of just bread, ham, and sweet juices each morning. The lady running breakfast even surprised my kids with little treats, a sweet touch. Daily cleaning of the room was thorough, but the actual room felt a bit worn with outdated decor needing a refresh. The air conditioning didn't cool down enough, and there were moments when bad smells came from the bathroom's plumbing. I also found the noise levels quite high, given our room's proximity to the road. Wi-Fi charges felt outdated too, as it should be complimentary.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was convenient close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, the connecting restaurant, and Piazza di Spagna. Comforts of guest room with okay coffee were fabulous. I had a private safe, an air conditioning,...

I loved how our bags were handled when we switched rooms, and the daily cleaning with our clothes neatly folded was such a nice touch! The leisure room had comfy spots to chill and a TV area to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the entrance can be a bit tricky if you have mobility issues, so be prepared.

It was close to city centre and has access to means of transportation
The breakfast was very poor and the room was depressing.

The hotel is just walking distance from Vatican City and Galleria Borghese. We came to Rome for short visits, nothing bothered me for this property. Food was fantastic.

The room was fine and had nice hot running water. Plus, a restaurant next door for quick breakfast-thank goodness for coffee! The desk clerks were friendly.
I suspect they gave us the 'lesser' room because we booked through that site. Next time, I'll bring a top hat to indicate my class!

Rome is expensive so this hotel was a compromise between location and price. so hotel was ok for that. Other than that, wi-fi access all week for only 5 euro.
Rome is just too expensive compared to other european capitals. the restaurant related to this hotel was nice but too expensive compared to others nearby. go somewhere else
